Except for the shape of the stick used, Bèlit resembles the game of Lippa. Much played until the 1970s, it then disappeared from most of the streets and town squares, but now it has returned and for several years it has excited the competitions of the Catalans of Girona, Anglesola and La Sènia. The protagonist of an urban redevelopment project which involved the intention of bringing the game back into the streets, Bèlit, which was among the competitions of the international lippa tournaments of the previous Tocatì editions, will be played again this year.
